Melissa Fitzpatrick
B Int Bus LLB (Hons) DIRECTOR  | Since her admission Melissa has practiced entirely in the areas of business services and property. Including a 6 month period as in-house counsel for one of Australia's largest listed public companies, Melissa has gained considerable experience in a wide variety of corporate services, including the sale and purchase of a wide range of businesses effected both by way of trade sale and share sale and corporate reconstructions. As well, Melissa has advised in relation to aged care and religious charitable development funds.
She has also had a particular interest in financial services following financial services reform of the Corporations Act a few years ago. That experience has included Australian Financial Service Licensing, authorised representative agreements and extensive advice work for a range of AFSL licensees concerning fundraising and operational issues.
Melissa also has a particular interest in employment law and privacy.
